「良いところ」が具体例でなく、抽象的でもOKならば（たとえば、人がやさしいとか、雰囲気がのどかといった感じ）、

Please tell me something good about your hometown.
※最初は、Would you please とすればなお丁寧です。

より具体的な事例を望んでいる時でしたら
Please tell me what the good thing(s) about your hometown is(are).

一番良いところを教えてほしければ
Please tell me what the best thing about your hometown is.

など色々言い換えることができます。
