直訳すると「真っ白けのスクリーン」ってことでしょうか。

自分の意見とかビジョンを持っていない人、という意味の比喩だと思います。
オバマはみんなが望むものを映して見せてるだけ、と、クリントン氏は批判しているのでしょう。
