君は僕のもの。

意味を教えて下さい。

それでいいですよ。

しかし、You belong with meの場合には定めや運命の
ニュアンスがあります。
You belong with me.
That's the way things were meant to be.
You belong with me.
Together for eternity.

一般に、withを使う文ではtoを使ってもよいと思います。

toを使う場合は一般に、（所有物として）（～に）属する。（～の）ものである。The book belongs to me. などですね。
withの場合は、（分類上）（～に）属する。という意味になります。 He is a photographer who belongs with the Kantians.などですね。
