ちなみに、１はb, 2はa ３はbが正解と言われましたが消化ができず質問しました。

　accountabilityは通常は不可算名詞の用法しかありあません。ですので、不定冠詞anは不要です（定冠詞theだったらあり得る）。ですので、a) accountabilityが適切です。

>2 ( ) of employees to the company is secured if policies are just and fair.
>a) Loyalty
>b) Loyalties

　単語としてはどちらもあり得ますが、動詞が「is」と単数対応のものですので、文全体を文法的に正しくするには、a) Loyaltyが適切です。

>3 Rights of employees ( ) protectes by the union.
>a) is
>b) is being

Rights of employees ( ) _PROTECTED_ by the union.と問いたかったのでしょうか（protectesという単語は複数形を考慮しても、無いので）。そういう設問だとしまして。

　a)、b)どちらも不適切な選択肢です。主語はRightsで複数です。動詞が単数対応のisでは文法エラーとなります。

　もし、b)だけがare beingであれば、それが正解です。しかし、a)だけがareであれば、それが正解になります。もし、a) are　b) are beingという選択肢なら、どちらでもOKになります（are beingは一時的であることを示す）。
