be it ～のところのbeが文法的にわかりません。どのようになっているのでしょうか？
（in にはpolitics, business, military affairsがかかっていると思うのですが）

またwhat have youのところも文法的にどのようになっているのでしょうか？

　これはよるあるパターンの文です。ここでは be it ... = whether it is ... と読み替えればいいです。

　すると、「それが政治の分野であれ、ビジネスの分野であれ、軍事関連の分野であれ、何であれ、・・・」 という文だということになります。

　what have you もよく使われる表現で、たとえば下記の辞書には

　　other things of the same kind; so forth:　（同種の他のもの、・・・など）

とあります。

どのようになっているのでしょうか？
= if it be in politics, business, military affairs, or what have you, was . . .
このifを省略して、そのかわりbeを前にもってきたのがこの形です。現代英語では絶滅危惧種の、if S be . . . の形ですが。（今の英語ではisになるでしょうし、そうすると、この倒置にはなりません。）

If I were you, I would tell it to the police.
→　Were I you, I would tell it to the police.
と同じ原理です。

またwhat have youのところも文法的にどのようになっているのでしょうか？
what have youは、あと、あなたがhaveしているものーーということです。
A, B, C, D, and what have youのように使います。
A, B, C, D, and so on
A, B, C, D, and what's not
などと同じような意味です。いくつか例をあげ、それ以外にもあるよと言いたいときに使います。
