英文の添削をお願いします

私の所属するネットゲームのグループで、グループの改革が必要という話が起こりました。そのことを外国籍のメンバーに伝えたいのですが、私の英語力が原因で誤解が生じているようです。そこで以下のような英文を作りました。

I’m so sorry, if I made you unpleasant.
I couldn’t explain well, and the discussion was carried out without you.
Please don’t misunderstand it. You’re a very reliable ally. All is my fault at all.

In the discussion, we noticed that we’re unbalanced and in crisis. Many of members contended that reform is needed or we had to search for merging opponent.
I thought that if you move to other team, you can enjoy this game more and be stronger than stay this team. I also think that moving is not bad thing. These were reasons that I advised you about moving.

And good news, U succeeded to find merging opponent　and start negotiation. I’m very pleased that you’ll stay here.

もし不愉快な思いをさせていたら本当に申し訳なく思います。
うまく説明も出来ていませんし、議論はあなたなしで進んでいますから。
どうか誤解しないでください。あなたはとても頼もしい味方です。全ての非は私にあります。

議論の中で私たちは自分たちが不安定で、危機を迎えていることに気づきました。多くのメンバーが改革が必要、あるいは合併する相手を見つけるべきと主張しました。
もしあなたが移籍するなら、今よりこのゲームを楽しめるし、より強くなれると私は考えました。移籍が悪いことだとも思いません。これらがあなたに移籍を勧めた理由です。

そしていいお知らせです。Uさんが合併先を見つけ交渉を始めました。もしあなたがこのチームに留まってくれるならとても嬉しいです。

Please don’t misunderstand it. 　は、Please don't get me wrong.です。

また、unbalanced よりは、unstableの方がよいのでは。
not bad thingには冠詞を付け、not a bad thing にした方がいいのでは。
I’m very pleased that you’ll stay here.　は、I'm pleased if you stay here. とwillを取り除いた方がいいと思います。
