This is some conversation when someone (A) ask an officer (B) to inspect blueprints of a house in the city hall or somewhere.

I am familiar with the first "have" in the sentence (1). It means possession. On the other hand, "have" in the sentence (2) seems to be able to be replaced with bring. This was confusing for me when I listened first time. Is it spoken often, like (2)? Or if I am wrong, correct me!

haveにはhave (目的語) (補語)という文型があり、

keepやmakeと同様「(目的語)を(補語)の状態にする」という意味で使われます。

have these backだと、theseをbackの状態にする、
つまり「これらを返す」という意味になります。

一般的な話をしても、
本当はtakeやbringが動作なのに対して
haveはholdやkeepのように状態を表す動詞ですが、
(つまり、takeやbringした結果haveするわけですが)
会話ではよくtakeやbringを使う場面でhaveを使うことは多いような気がします。
have a lunchとか。
