Q:Could you get alone with a higher-ranking worker that is younger than you are?

A:I have the confidence we get alone.Because I've already understood(known) that there are many younger people than I am who are better.Age has nothing to do with leadership.And It's difficult to judge their ability for age only.Anyway I'm lucky to meet them.because I think they are wonderful and I have a lot of respect for them!

最初にピリオドやコンマの後は1スペースあけてください。
(A)
(1) I have the confidence we get alone.
「あなたは～が可能ですか」で聞かれているのですから、weではなく「私は～が可能です」と答える必要があります。また、仮定法で聞かれているのですから、仮定法で答える必要があります。さらに、get alone with him or herにしないと中途半端になります。

(2)the confidenceの後のthatは正式には省略しないほうが良いと思います。

添削訳
I have the confidence that I could get alone with him or her.

参考訳
上記の間違いを避けるため「そうする自信がある」という日本語を訳すとうまく切り抜けることができます。

I have the confidence to do so.

(B)I've already understood (known) that there are many younger people than I am who are better.

(1)「知っている」には状態を表す現在形のknowを用いることができます。
(2)ここでは自分との比較であることが明確なのでthan I amは不要です。
(3)「私よりも若いが　私よりも優秀な」という意味なので、younger but better peopleのほうが良いと思います。

添削後
I already know that there are many younger but better people.

(C) for age only
他の方の回答を参照。

(D) I'm lucky to meet them.
現在形にすると既に会ってラッキーだという意味になってしまいます。
ここでは、少なくても未来形にし、丁寧さを表すためできれば仮定法にすると良いと思います。

以下追加です。
I'm lucky to....
→I look forward to meeting....(or hope to meet....)
I think they are wonderful
→I praise (or estimate) their abilities
"wonderful" でもOKですが「最高だぜ」みたいなニュアンスです。

特に問題ないと思いますが

わたしなら
younger people than I am who are better--> younger people who are superior to me.
than I am は冗長に感じます。

It's difficult to judge their ability for age only --> It's difficult to judge a person's ability by (only) their(his/her) age.
only はこの英語の場合なくてもよいともいます。
