前置詞 + サイトのURL・メールアドレス等

Please get in touch with us to the following address のような書き方をしていましたが、英語のサイトをみると、toではなくatを使う方が一般的であるように見受けられます。toでは間違いでしょうか？ また、「on + サイト名」と書いていましたがこれもatの方が良いでしょうか？

上記は質問の内容と同様な意味でよく使われる正しい文章です。これから推測すると質問者の文に問題は無いように思えますが、実例を調べてみると、

get in touch with us at the following address

とあり、住所を指す場合はatを使用しています。”at the　address”の使用例を読むと、この”address”は郵便アドレスで使う住所を示している文章が殆んどです。電話、URLやメールアドレスはonを使用しています。電話での使用例：
You can get in touch with us on 01224 40 10 35 between 11am and 12pm

get in touch with us to the following address は普通見ないと思います。

また、on も普通はアドレスを示す場合に使うことは無いと思います。

You can reach me on my cell at 1234-5678. のような使い方が普通だと思います。

また、

についても、site:us を付けると、googleでは一つもかかりませんでしたから、普通は使わないはずです。
