1.Once our cat has gone to somewhere with keeping her in a liash.
家の猫がヒモをつけたままどこかへ出かけてしまった。（無事に戻りました）

2. Haruo lives in Daker and Yoshiko lives in Firbanks they won't ｂe a good relationship as they are.
春夫はダカ－ルに住んで、良子はフェアバンクスに、このままではいい関係は保てないでしょう。

3. We orderd broccoli salad It wasn't boild just sliced off a piece of broccoli.
ブロッコリーサラダを注文したら生のままスライスされていた。
as, leave を使った言いまわしがあるようですが、うまく出来ません。
教えてください。

1. We were fortunate that our cat back. She has disappeared once even though she was on a leash. (We don't know how she got out of the house.)

2. Haruo lives in Dakar and Yoshiko live in Firbank. As they live apart, they won't be able to see each other often. So I have a feeling that Haruo and Yoshiko might break up eventually.

（意訳になるけれど遠距離恋愛は破局しるかもとしました。）

3. Usually, boroccoli is steamed and served in Japan. But they served us raw broccoli for the salad called, "Broccoli Salada". (I got spaced out when I saw the sliced broccoli on my plate.)

「普通日本では、ブロッコリーは蒸して食べるももです。それなのに、「ブロッコリーサラダ」というのをお店で頼んだら、生のブロッコリーがスライスされたものがでてきたの、それを見て、アタシは気が遠くなったような気がしたわ。」（意訳ですなー☆）

KONEKOさん、了解しました。ブロッコリーの話ですが、ハワイのレストランであった事なのですが、出てきた時に私は気が遠くなったのです。ついでに洗ってあるのか疑わしいものでした。お答えありがとうございました。

I'm anxious about their relationship turn into in bad condition.

while　を使えば、○○が住んでいる一方で・・という感じが出せると思います。
後半は彼らの関係が悪化するのを心配している、と意訳しました。

１．My cat was gone somewhere for a while with his leash still attached.

2. Since Haruo lives in Daker and Yoshiko lives in Fairbanks, it's going to be difficult for them to keep the good relationship that they have now.

3. We ordered broccoli salad which turned out to be sliced broccoli served without being cooked.

日本語で「このまま」とか「そのまま」と使う場合でも、必ずしもそれらの単語の直訳を英語の文章に含めなければいけないとは限らないと思います。'as' や'leave'は日本語で「このまま」とか「そのまま」と訳されることがありますが、まったく意味が「＝イコール」ではありません。英語の表現もシチュエーションによっていろいろいいまわしがあります。
