正解は(3)です。これは関係副詞か，関係代名詞かで結構大切です。
ホテル，そこに私は泊まった
ホテル，それを私は泊まった
「そこに」が where です。

２．He said nothing, （　　） seemed to irritate her.

正解は(4)です。
先行詞は he said nothing という全体です。
前の節・文を受ける，コンマ which が正解。
