It appears that the item is not yet shipped out to Japan as I receive the following message when I check its tracking number (●●) with the Royal Mail tracking site:

"Your item, posted on 01/03/12 with reference RJ22222GB has been received at our international mail centre and is being made ready for despatch overseas."

I am disappointed with your uncooperative attitude. I do not wish to wait further. I demand a full refund including the shipping cost.
