ヘンな日本語ですが、大意とれたような気がします。が、
”Vitamix has to offer”の　has to がきっちり解らすスッキリしません。

has to- の意味は『しなければならない』と教わりましたが‥‥
has to offer をアルクのサイトで検索すると、

what the city has to offer
その町にあるもの

What nutritional value do you feel the food has to offer?
その食品にどういう栄養的価値があると思われますか？

However,Japanese culture is not the only thing Japan has to offer.
しかしながら、日本にあるのは日本文化だけではない

などと出てきました。

has 、to offer 『提供するものを持っている』？
どうか文の構成についての説明をよろしくお願いします。

に解説があります。「offer すべく持っているもの」と理解します。"has" と "to offer" の間で区切るということです。
