もし彼らが第4クウォーター残り4分から2分の間にあのようにプレーしたら相手をたおしたかもしれなかった
if they had played like that during the rest fourth minute to the second minute in the fourth quarter. they might have beaten the opponent. この英語でもなんとか上記のように通じますかね？？(T_T)

通じると思いますよ。　文法的にも仮定法過去完了を使って、過去の事実に反する仮定を述べていらっしゃるようです。

ただ、rest fourth minute to the second minuteが正しい英語か拙者は知りませんので、自分でしたら誰でも知っているような英文、且つ質問者さんの英文をいかすと、

If they had played like that between 4 minutes and 2 minutes from the end of the fourth quarter,　they might have beaten the opponent.

という英文を書きます。

ちなみに、質問者さんも御存知の通り、If they played like thatだと、「もし彼らがあのようにプレイすれば」。they may have won. 「彼らは勝ったのかもしれない。」（過去の推量）（試合結果を聞かずいた、ニュアンス？）ですね。

いいと思います。rest の代わりに remaining　を使うのも手ですね。

　If they played like that for just two minutes, between the last fourth and second minutes from the end in the last quarter, they may have won.
