英文添削お願いします。個人輸入のトラブルで交渉中です。

いつも購入しているアメリカの通販サイトの商品が届かなくて困っています。
普段から一ヶ月に数回購入していてこれまでは問題なく届いていましたが、
２ヶ月前に注文したものが１つだけ届かないという状態です。

船便？のような発送方法なのでトラッキングナンバーは無く、
最悪行方不明になっても仕方ないのですが、一応問い合わせをしてみたところ、
先方から「他にいくつか注文していますが、それらは届いていますか？」と質問がありました。
それに対する返答です。

「Thank you for your email.

I have already received the items that I ordered by Aug 5.

However,The items I ordered at Jun 20 has not arrived yet.

I asked to post office. but The package hadn't arrived there either.

Thank you for your help on this matter.

お返事ありがとうございます。
8/5までに私が注文した商品はすでに受け取っています。
しかし、6/20に注文した商品だけが届いていません。
郵便局に問い合わせましたが、そこにも届いていませんでした。」

不自然なところ、伝わらないところなど教えて欲しいです。
よろしくお願いします。

I have received all products that I placed an order before the 20th of June. But the one I placed on the 20th of June has not been delivered yet.

上の部分のみ変更します。

交渉にあたり、何を相手にしてほしいのか端的に伝えた方が良いと思います。

On 20 June, I placed an order *** item(s). It is 25 Aug. but I haven't received them yet.

Please let me know if you have already shipped them or exactly when you are going to ship them.

Thank you for your help in advance.

もしくは

I am writing regarding my order of 20 June (商品名）, which has not yet been received.

などがわかりやすいと思います。到着しているものに関しては
クレーム時に触れない方が良いと思います。荷物が届きますように。

Thank you for the return mail to my inquiry.

I have received all products that I placed an order before the 20th of June. But the one I placed on the 20th of June has not been delivered yet. I made sure with the post office that they haven't received it.

I wish you could trace where it went.

ただ6/20以前のものだけでなく、「6/20以外の、8/5までに注文した商品は届いている」
ということを伝えたいのですが、何と言えば良いのでしょうか？

良い文例は分からないので前置詞や単数複数だけですが、

文中のtheは小文字で良いです。ｔが大文字になるのは文頭に来る場合だけ。

だと思います。

とかどうでしょうか。
