ビジネス英語で、「直接連絡を取りたい」というには、どうしたらいいのでしょうか？
ドイツ製のとある機械をうちの会社で使っております。今回故障したのは、そのとある機械についているセンサーみたいなもので、別の会社のものです。今までの故障の際には、間に立ってもらっていましたが、スピードを早めたいので、直接連絡を取りたいのです。別に間に立っている会社にとって、悪い話ではなく、手間が減るので、むしろ喜ばれそうですが、変な誤解を招きたくないので、ちゃんとした文章でメールを送りたいと思っています。宜しくお願いいたします

We would like to contact the company that makes a sensor or something like that.

We found a trouble with it; 　we have usually requested you first. But we have to place an　urgent order this time. One of our clients forces us to repair at once.
We would like to ask you a favor; 　Could you forgive us to contact that company?
We hope the delivery deadline will be shortened and also your time will be reduced.
We are looking forwards to hearing from you soon.
Your cooperation would be appreciated.

We would like to contact them directly so that we can save your effort とか
