何か物や人Xがあって、ある条件YがXをXたらしめると言いたいとき：即ちYと言う条件のおかげでXはXであり続けられると言いたいとき、どういう表現がありますか？

ネット検索からは、以下の文章の存在が確認できました。

If ～, then it can remain as it is.
If ～, then he can remain as he is.
If ～, then they can remain as they are.

ほかに、
When ～, it can remain as it is.
とか
Y1 begs Y2 not to ～ so that X can remain as X is.
