英語の居酒屋メニューを作っています！

英語のメニューを作っています。
自信がないのでもし間違ってたら正しい表現教えてください
よろしくお願いします。

①これらのドリンクはショットグラスで提供しています。
These drinksare served in a shot glass

②濃厚なワタが溢れ出ます。
the rich runny squid liver pour out from inside.

③下町の飲み方として
for Local drinking style

④カニチャーハンの説明
Pan fried rice with filling crabs ,egg and home made shrimp oil flavor.

⑤油がはねないように、酔わせてから油に入れる。
Avoid splashing oil, make them drunk before put them into the oil.

⑥マグロの脳天刺し
Tuna crown of the head lean sashimi

⑧この肉は脂肪燃焼と筋肉増強に働く。
The meat works fat burning and mascle building efficiently.

Sho chu high ball with cut cucumber
or julienne cucumber.

たくさんありますが、どうか教えてください。

こんにちは。

私は、興味はあるのですが、あまり自信があるわけではないのですが、単純な文法ミスや綴のミスはクリアできますが、そうでないものがありますので、本来は、料理専門のネイティブ（？）の方にみていただいたほうがよいのではないかと思います。

runny rich squid liver のほうが良いかも....

先日か、テレビ番組で、イカの話が出ていましたが、種類で呼び名が変わるようですね。個人的な感覚ですみませんが、イタリア料理など言う、calamary という言葉が好きなのです。

本当にいろいろ組みあせを考えましたが、フランス語料理の[Tête]だけは残したいと思いました。マグロの部位にはいろんな呼び方があることを知りました。
