いくつかの迷信は長い間我々と共にあったので、今では我々の習慣になっている。

Some superstitions are so old that They have become our customs.
いくつかの迷信はとても古いものなので、今では我々の習慣になっている。

superstition（迷信）がlong（長い）という言い方は、ちょっと変。
has become with us customsのところはどういうことが言いたかったのか確かには分かりませんが、「我々の習慣になった」の意味ならhas become our customsだけで良いと思います。

Some superstitious have taken so long to be be adopted into our customs.
