中学生に言わせる内容ですが、このような文章でだいじょうぶでしょうか。教えていただけると幸いです。（暗記させます。）

意味不明。一行目の感謝で充分であって、再度"thanks"というのはくどい。

日本語だと妙ですが、英語だとこういう場合普通に"love"を使いますね。

"We are proud of you..."（あなたを誇りに思います）という表現はよく聞きますが、「誇りに思いなさい」と押し売りするのは、私は見たことも聞いたこともありません。

"Canada"です。

議論の別れるところですが、「"appreciate"は人の好意などに対して使う」ものであり、「人そのものに対しては使わない」という原則があります。それを適用すれば"We appreciate your kindness."などとなります。現在のアメリカの口語では"We appreciate you."と書く人もいるので、100%間違いとは云えませんが。今回の場合、相手が英語の先生であれば原則通りの方がいいように思えます。
