知識があれば力が付く。

力がつけば注意力がよみがえる。注意力がよみがえれば健康な選択ができるようになる。

awarenessで注意力なんですか。なるほど。
辞書にはそんな用法が載っていなかったのでそういった訳を思いつきませんでした。

文法的な解釈です。

Inversion倒置の解説に、自動詞の後に来る副詞的な役割の句を倒置すると、動詞の後に主語が来る・・・正確に伝えるために文法書を（Practical English Usage by M. Swan)そのまま使うと

When an adverbial expression of place or direction comes at the begging of a clause, intransitive verbs are often put before their subjects. ......
例題として
On the grass sat an enormous frog.

Empowerment comes with knowledge.
↓
With knowledge comes empowerment.

And the ability to make healthy choices comes with awareness.
↓
And with awareness comes the ability to make healthy choices.

の文法に適う倒置文になります。
