メールを送りたいと思っています。つたない英文を下書きしました。
申し訳ありませんが添削と【】内の日本語を
英文にして頂けますでしょうか？
かなり高齢な方にメールをするのでくだけ過ぎない方がいいです。

Thank you for a E-mail(yourは要りません）and I'm sorry to send you back late.So you've been sick,How is your health now?Don't you overdoing　for anything untill you really get well,please.(完全に良くなるまで何事も無理しないで下さい）So(この場合、すると、のso) you couldn't(行けなかったはcould not,行かなかったはdid not,not able to goも行かなかった）go to U.K.（theは要らない）Are you stay ○×△　for a while?
